The Company

Our client is a leading oil & energy MNC, and they are currently looking for a Senior Security Analyst to join the team. This is a newly created role.

The Role

Reporting to the Security Manager, you will be responsible for leading L2/L3 cybersecurity resilience, performing and coordinating incident handling, incident response, vulnerability management, penetration testing, application security and identity access management. You will also be involved in response planning and remediation actions, review existing and proposed system configurations and designs to ensure compliance with security controls. As a Senior Security Analyst, you will also participate in cyber security assessments, design, implement, operate and maintain security tools. You will execute enhancement strategy of cyber security functions and establish procedures related to security for users and administration of IT systems.

Your Profile

You should possess a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System and have at least 9 years of relevant experience in the IT security/cyber security/information security field. Qualifications such as CISSP would be highly preferred. You will need to be proficient in SIEM and Log Management Solutions and be familiar with web proxies, endpoint detection and response, and SOAR technologies.
