Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute and oversee procedures, policies and related training plans for network & security administration.
• Update and follow-up on cybersecurity advisory from threat intelligence.
• Conduct periodic tests on security controls to identify and rectify gaps.
• Deploy and perform a periodic vulnerability assessment of IT assets and projects.
• Liaise with managed security providers, vendors and infrastructure technical staff on security solutions.
• Manage and provide remedial actions to security incidents.
• Ensure all security solutions are functional and comply with policies and procedures.
• Manage hardware equipment, virtualized environment, servers and network.
• Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development and analysis of network equipment including firewall, routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ensure network and security equipment are updated to the latest firmware.
• Documentation of network and security policies.
• Manager and facilitate periodic disaster recovery exercises.
• Conduct periodic cybersecurity awareness programs.
• Oversee operational costs, conduct near along with long-term financial estimates for expanded functionality and user base.
• Direct and administer conditional network engineers to provide leadership and direction.
• Ensure to practice IT asset management inclusive of component inventory maintenance and associated documentation.
• Negotiate with outsourcers, vendors and contractors for infrastructure-specific products and services secure.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer or Network/Cybersecurity-related Major Professional Certificate.
• Have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security operations.
• 5 years of working experience in leading, implementing and administrating Vmware/Hyper-V, network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, and wireless access points.
• Good understanding of network systems, network architecture, routing, switching, firewall, and security.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience managing network security, server security, application security, endpoint security, email security, physical access security, logical access security, etc.
• Hands-on experience in security monitoring, network diagnostic, network analytics and network security devices.
• Experience in Veeam backup solution.
• Experience in disaster recovery concepts and practices.
• Experience in a hybrid-cloud environment and GCP/AWS is an advantage.
• Experience in web hosting, web proxy and reverse proxy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
