The service engineer is responsible to handle the service coordination, global liaison and servicing work. The service engineer will be expecting to grow to a management route.

Adecco is partnering with an US headquarted company, specialiasing in process control application. The company has been constantly developing integrated solution to meet the requirments in the aspects of safety, remote monitoring and data tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

Managemement reporting and global liaison

• Plan work orders for servicing team
• Deal with critical issue if required
• Provide reporting to management regarding customer satisfaction, operation issue and suggest improvement

Technical work

• Deliver technical support and oversee the installation and commissioning of PLC system
• Diagnose and resolve control system issues occurring in field environments.
• Interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID\'s) proficiently.
• Complete the requisite installation, commissioning, and startup documentation before departing each job site.
• Document and communicate encountered field issues meticulously, enabling the factory to undertake investigations and implement corrective measures, while also facilitating the equitable resolution of warranty claims.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree of Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years\' field servicing experience in PLC system for refinery, petrochemical, pharmaceutical or power industry
• Familiar with Schneider, Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC
• Willing to take additional responsibility in management reporting and has drive to progress to management route
• Willing to travel occasionally
