Job Description

The following list of job functions and roles are expected of an Senior Service Executive, a non-workman position at Latable Pte Ltd. At any point, you may be assigned to manage these roles at the discretion of your immediate supervisors or the company:

• Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager in daily tasks

• Serving customers drinks and food in a professional and enthusiastic manner

• To ensure all displays, counters and restaurant seating is clean, tidy and hygienic

• To assist in the preparation of food orders when required.

• To promote excellent standards of safety and cleanliness.

• To update menu boards and to follow setting up and closing down procedures, including washing up.

• To develop and maintain high levels of customer engagement and customer service levels.

• To create and maintain a friendly, vibrant and supportive atmosphere in the café.

• To adhere to cashing up procedures and monetary handling processes.

• To work closely with other team members to ensure high levels of customer experience

• Attend regular team, supervision and committee meetings as required

• Undertake relevant training

• Any other duty deemed relevant to the post and as requested by your line manager

• Operate safely within the workplace with regard to Latable Pte Ltd's health and safety policies, procedures and safe working practices.

• To be responsible for your own Health and Safety and that of other employees and service users

Other managerial roles include:

• Management of service division in both operations and administrative processes

o Supplier and inventory management o Scheduling and manpower management o Assist Service Manager and Human Resources staff in performance appraisal processes o Assist Service Manager in training and operations relating to service processes
