Job Scope:

• Coordinate with clients on the work schedule, planning and activities.
• Plan detailed instructions (with updated engineering drawings) on daily project activities, and monitor progress to ensure activities are executed as per project specifications.
• Assist in project cost control in line with the project budget (e.g. ensuring value-based procurement practices, optimum machine utilization and usage of spares and scrap process compliance)
• Understand the geotechnical aspects of the project e.g. Soil Condition, CPT etc., so as to identify risk to project and to take steps to mitigate.
• Ensure all project documentation (progress reports, progress claims, daily reports, site diary, QA/QC report etc.) are submitted and follow up to ensure collection of approved documents in a timely manner.
• Submit accurate Project Finance Reports and work-related reports (e.g. Work Progress, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Practices, Equipment reports, weekly report, monthly provision, site cash etc.) in a timely fashion.
• Understand Contracts T&C to ensure adherence to the conditions of contracts.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance in execution of projects.
• Implement global HSEQ programs and initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontracts in matters of project delivery.

Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in ground improvement work (i.e. grouting or deep soil mixing) is required.
• A valid Supervise Construction Work for WSH certificate will be preferable
• Proficient in Ms Project, AutoCAD
