Responsibilities: Communicate with the team and take leadership of the team to achieve the target schedule by collaborating with the site team. Ensure that the site activities are executed in accordance with specifications. Track deliverables, and control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives. Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and identify issues in case of delay. Identify the problems and come out with the measurement to overcome the problems. Liaise with the client and design consultants and subcontractors (including meeting attendance) to ensure the works satisfy their requirements. Coordinate the engineering team, assigning short and long-term goals for successful completion of the target schedule. Liaise with Japan and other countries by the internal network in order to introduce developed technology for productivity improvement. Inspect work sites for safety hazards and ensure that safety measures are being followed. Communicate with Vessel and Ship Crew and coordinate working sequence by working vessels.Proven track record in the construction ofa~ Marine civil engineering worksa~ Dredging worksa~ Diving worksJob Requirements: Bachelor Degree or Master in Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in leading marine civil engineering works as an Engineer. Minimum 2 years of experience in Dredging and Diving works as an Engineer. Experience in large size of construction projects over USD 200M. High Proficient at AutoCAD, 3D AutoCAD (Revit), MS Project Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills, and a "can-doaEUR attitude. A great team leader, influencer and an ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A thought leader who can bring programmatic approaches to tackle complex issues both internally and externally. Persistence and determination. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to communicate articulately with consultants, and subcontractors. Having high regard for Environmental Health and Safety culture and practice. Willingness to travel, if required.
