Job Description

The company is looking for a Site Coordinator that has a strong interest on working with different stakeholders in coordination of Construction and Renovation Project. The role of the Site Coordinator will be involved in organizing the ongoing & upcoming projects. The person will be responsible in monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.Responsibilities: Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget Carry out daily site operations and lead a team of workers. Plan, organize, and direct the activities of a construction project under the direction of a Site Engineer. Plan ahead materials that need to be use for the assigned project. Liaise with Sub-contractors and workers on the work progress and schedule. Ensure all work progress adherence to the safe work procedure Maintain and monitor project schedule, work hours, budget and expenditures of the materials. Responsible for overseeing the overall site progress and ensure that the construction project is completed on time. Resolve any technical and operational issues that may arise on constructions sites. Attend site meetings Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Architecture or any construction-related discipline. Relevant working experience in construction industry Able to work 5.5 day week Possesses Class 3 driving license Open to travel around Singapore to accessible work locations. Proactive and capable of prioritizing work. Strong project planning, organizing, monitoring, supervising, and controlling.* Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience
* Working hours : Monday to Friday 8am to 5.45pm
Saturday 8am to 12pm
