Salary Range: SGD 12,000 - 18,000/month





# About the Role





We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic and growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on software development experience and a strong foundation in software architecture, clean code, and scalable systems. You will play a key role in shaping our engineering practices and driving technical excellence.





# Key Responsibilities





Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, reliable software systems and services. Provide technical guidance in system architecture and module design. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; participate in system performance tuning. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. Advocate and contribute to best practices in software development, code reviews, and technical documentation.


# Requirements





Minimum of 10 years' software development experiencein a professional environment.

Proficient in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript*.


Strong understanding of software engineering principles, OOP, and system design. Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
Familiar with DevOps toolchains and CI/CD workflows*.


Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.


# Nice to Have





Experience with large-scale distributed systems or complex enterprise applications.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP).

Previous leadership experience in driving technical initiatives or leading development projects.
