Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Conduct workshops with business users on detailed requirement analysis, request prioritization, planning and execution of functional and non-functional requirement.
  • Define workflow for business operations and design applications using Pega case management and Business Process Management
  • Liaise with business group representative to analyze the current As-is process and identify areas to be automated/improved leveraging technology tool sets supporting the end-to-end client business operations.
  • Provide automation solutions using RPA tools - UiPath and PEGA RPA and contribute to the design, development and testing of RPA process
  • Work with the technical team to assess the request\'s complexity and derive the required effort for the solution delivery.
  • Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively using PEGA tools (Clipboard, Tracer and Log file tools)
  • Define Workflow by creating activity process flow diagrams using MS-Visio. Prepare and deliver artefacts such as functional specification, use cases, test plan and other relevant documents in supporting the user sign-off and test execution.
  • Play a key role in agile process management, daily grooming sessions, scoping and accepting user stories. Effectively develop and manage SDLC documentation in alignment with project timelines and stakeholders using Confluence and JIRA.
  • Plan and execute functional and System Integration Testing. Support the business in the UAT testing with effective use of tools - HPQC and JIRA
  • Follow through the defect resolutions and ensure all defects are resolved within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the Life Insurance domain and design business solutions in line with industry standard. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Problem solver with ability to see things in multiple angles, and constantly push boundaries to improve status quo.
  • Knowledge on cloud-based data platforms (BigQuery, Kafka, or equivalent) and data analytic tools like Power BI and QlikView
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and understanding data models, creating stored procedures and packages in Oracle
  • A team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Meticulous, demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability of work
Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as CRM customization specialist along with PEGA BPM and CDC PIVOTAL CRM experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA domain and should be Certified RPA Specialist
  • Knowledge in UiPath RPA tool is mandatory to lead automation projects.
  • Domain knowledge across Life, Health, Property & Casualty and Workers\' Compensation lines of business is mandatory.
  • Looking for certified professional in both KANBAN & Scrum.
  • Experience in crystal reporting is a value add for report generation.
  • Should have minimum 12+ years of experience in Insurance domain to play techno functional role.
  • Should have prior experience in conducting business workshops in gathering requirements, design proposal and translating business requirements into functional specification document.

  • Knowledge in ITIL principles and processes is value add.
