With our digital business rapidly growing, we are now recruiting for Front and Back End developers to drive the design and delivery of customer centric digital solutions across the property. Reporting directly into the Software Development Lead, you will help design a world class experience for all levels of users. You are sensitive to the changing frameworks and libraries that assist your fundamental work and able to exercise creativity in influencing designs via coding solutions.As part of our Singapore Software Engineering Team, you will work closely with our PDC teams in San Francisco and Sydney, initially creating a scalable supply chain and logistics software platform that will support the supply of building materials to construction sites in Singapore, and other regions around the globe, including SE Asia and North America, with more Podium products to come in the future. You will partner with various stakeholders across organization in identifying needs and to design higher performance solution stacks. Continuous innovation and optimization to speed and scale your design are fundamental to the success of this role. As part of your versatility, you are able to roll up the sleeves and get things done and help set new industry standards by creating a unique user journey through our applications, all while embracing the principles of being part of an Agile development team. About you

• Proven track record in a capacity as a Front End or Back End developer
• Experience working on in a start-up, agile delivery environment
• Strong experience with front end UI technology – Angular, Ionic, or others such as Html5, Backbone, Adobe Flex, React
• Experience in component/ cloud/ web development environments. Java / JavaScript, Microservices, Data Integration, UX Frameworks (Angular/ React) experience preferred.
• C# and .NET Core understanding and knowledge
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with emerging cloud-based computing frameworks such as (GCP, AWS, AZURE)
• Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages, NodeJs, Python, C++/ .NET, Java/J2EE with Spring framework & MVC design
