Senior Software Engineer

You will join an Agile cross-functional product team, delivering top-notch web applications for internal and external users. You will work with UX designers, product owners and engineers throughout the whole product life cycle. We work in iterations; we love our users, and we are making sure that products are well received and adopted. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Play an active role in maturing web application development standards and practices
• Create web app architecture for the products we build
• Develop modern web applications
• Have understanding of Architectural Patterns, Design Patterns and Design Principles
• Ensure the apps that we build meet the quality standard defined by the competency
• Mentor junior engineers

Education Minimum Requirement: Education BSc Degree/Master or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science or other related disciplines
Required Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in developing web applications using JavaScript frameworks

• Experience in being part of a value team
• Experience in using Git
• Experience in TDD
• Experience in Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery
• Experience in developing Web apps:
  • Using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Using ReactJS & React Native and Redux
  • Using NodeJS
  • Consuming REST APIs

• Experience in developing REST APIs:
  • Using Node and Express

• Experience in using the following services from AWS:
  • Lambda
  • RDS
  • DynamoDB
  • S3

• Experience in building, running, and managing applications using:
  • Cloud Foundry

• Experience in creating Infrastructure as Code using:
  • Terraform or
  • CloudFormation
• Experience in AWS Cloud Computing
