Job Summary:

Working location: West Singapore

Working days & hrs: 8.30 am to 5.30pm, 5 day work

Salary Range: up to S$ 7000 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Support functional model, and prototype build and testing.
• SW verification and testing:
• Support functional model, and prototype build and testing.
• Develop features to support microscope/imaging system fabrication.
• Microscope system lifecycle management
• Support Cross-functional teams for problem investigation and work out solutions.
• Tech research
• Involve in defining technology roadmap.
• Exploring new technologies.
• Involve in new technologies development. Especially in driver/SW applications.
• Develop imaging system driver and application:
• Responsible develop microscope, camera drivers and software modules in Leica software applications
• Involve in SW system architecture design.
• Responsible for product development and transfers from Leica R&D centers in Switzerland & Germany.
• Responsible for product development / design documentation.
• SW verification and testing:

Requirements

Competencies

• Programming skills in C# & .NET architecture.
• Experience with image or real-time video processing on PC platforms using tools such as DirectX, CUDA, OpenCL, etc.
• Linux platform development.
• Familiar with design for manufacturing.

Experience

• Experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design is a basic prerequisite.
• Experience in object-oriented programming on Microsoft Windows platform using C, C++ & Visual Studio.
• Experience in designing & development of Windows multi-threaded applications that interact with Serial/Ethernet/USB drivers.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies preferably Scrum or other agile methodologies, and software test methodologies.
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver solutions.
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Education

• A Masters or good bachelor\'s degree in software engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent.

• English Effective written and verbal communication skills
