Successful candidate will be part of Visa\'s Digital Marketing Experience team responsible for conducting manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications/services for public users worldwide. These applications provide good user experience around the clock for a high volume of public users to fulfil marketing requirements of diverse countries and languages. This is a great opportunity to make a huge impact to Visa\'s brand and work on leading open standards technologies and services.
Responsibilities
Participate in Agile or Scrum delivery meetings to understand and clarify business requirements
Participate in the development of test plan and test cases for user stories assigned
Develop and run automated test scripts for user stories
Track and report test execution
Maintain traceability of test cases to user stories
Report defects and work with engineering team to fix code quality issues
Support business stakeholders during UAT
Support troubleshooting, reproduction of errors and root cause analysis of operational/application issues related to the assigned components
Conduct testing to validate fixes for reported issues
Coordinate and participate in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) activities
Participate in cross-group, and internal customer feature demos
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
