Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, assessment, and development of solar PV and energy storage projects in Singapore and the region.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial site selection and feasibility studies to securing permits and financial close.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.
• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment to ensure project viability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead negotiations with landowners, regulatory authorities, and other key stakeholders to secure project approvals and agreements.
• Provide strategic input and leadership on project development strategies, ensuring that projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to adapt project strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in solar PV project development, with a strong focus across APAC renewables market.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and permitting processes in Singapore.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and risk management.
• Willingness to travel as required for project development and stakeholder engagement.
