Job Description
My client is a MNC in the retail B2C industry - seeking for a Senior Solutions Analyst to be part of the applications team - to be a mix of hands on architecture and provide expertise in providing technology solutions advice to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for solutioning matters across various application systems across - web, mobile, CRM (eg Salesforce), CMS (eg Sitecore), data platforms and other operations management systems etc
- Design, solution architect, and advice the integration and configuration across various systems
- Hands-on troubleshooting of software application issues
- Work very closely internally across with different application teams, digital teams, infrastructure teams and data teams; as well as external vendors
- Implement best practices for scalability, security, ease of maintenance, and system performance
- Propose suitable solutions, upgrades, implementations to existing systems
- Degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience, ideally coming from a hands-on technical background
- Familiar with more than two disciplines across
- Solution architecture
- Application development
- API design and integration
- Cloud Solutioning
- Data Integration
- Enterprise Application Integration
