Make an Impact by:

• Develop strong relationships with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges. Conduct thorough assessments of customer issues to identify opportunities for solution development.
• Propose and design effective solutions tailored to meet customer requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and resources necessary for solution implementation. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and align with operational capabilities. Engage with business partners to leverage their expertise and resources in co-creating solutions.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Telecommunications/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent with experience from technology-related industry.
• 8 Years of relevant Presales experience.
• Experience in the following:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate
• Telco Layer 2/3 IPVPN Services
• Software Defined Networking
• Mobile services
• Cyber Security

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good customer/stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good business and market awareness.
