Telenor Procurement Company (TPC), established in 2017 and based out of Singapore, operates as a subsidiary of the Telenor Group. We deliver Global Category Management as a service to the Telenor Business Units and beyond, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end Sourcing process and performance of global spend categories. Functioning as one Global Procurement team across all Telenor markets, we enable Telenor\xe2\x80\x99s strategic ambitions by becoming a centre of expertise in the pursuit of efficient operations. Main tasks

• Lead to analyse and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
• Lead to establish measures to assess progress, savings, and targets
• Lead to monitor the effectiveness of category performance report processes, data analysis and make recommendations for system, process and performance improvements
• Lead in providing periodic reports on all procurement activities for the category
• Collaborate with user departments to reduce the procurement cycle time
• Be responsible to identify and realize cost saving or improvement initiatives in the procurement of goods and services
• Identify, analyse, and develop vendor markets
• Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple user departments
• Participate and follow-up closely with Category Manager on Telenor Contract management requirements
• Participate and engage actively in negotiations and ensure delivery targets
• Output recommendation to support Implementation of Category sourcing strategy
• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.

• Have strong business knowledge in telecommunications landscape
• Broad understanding of the vendor market and deep understanding of Mobile Network (including Managed Services, Operational Services, Maintenance & Support, and general Mobile Network Management)
• Strong ability to communicate and interact effectively (verbal, presentation, facilitation & listening modes of communication) across organizational and cultural boundaries, internal and external
• Strong analytical, systems thinking and problem solving capabilities
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and demand management & demand forecasting methods
• Familiar with contract setup activities such as specification definition, contract T&C setup
• Advanced experience with data processing tools, e.g. Excel or Tableau
• Result oriented, demonstrating excellent collaboration abilities
• Able to work with a high degree of execution power and passion

• Highly creative and innovative mindset
• Demonstrate commitment, maturity, flexibility and speed in response to challenges
• Commercial and negotiation skills

• University degree in Finance, Business or Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in a procurement / contract management / vendor / negotiations / supply chain management role or as functional expert which related in Network Services
• Technology background would be an advantage
