We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Specialist, Business Support Unit. Principal Responsibilities

  • Increase the company’s involvement with existing agencies
  • Serves as a facilitator both internally across departments and externally among agencies for projects
  • Support and manage agency communication
  • Pro-actively manage agencies and establish close relationship with them
  • Expand agency distribution by growing the number of new recruits
  • Cluster management to drive recruitment activities such as recruitment drives and career talks
  • Interview all potential new advisers
  • Adopt a hands-on approach in the implementation and execution of all initiatives, campaigns, events etc. to Agency Distribution

Requirements
Requirements Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Those possess M5, M9/9A and HI will be
  • Knowledge in life insurance products
  • At least 2 years, preferably with relevant experience in similar industry
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Outstanding needs analysis, positioning and business justification skills
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills advantage
