Job ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert and advisor for HRIS-related queries, providing guidance on system usage and best practices.
Enhance HR Efficiency by streamlining processes and leveraging technology to improve service delivery.
Support HRIS projects including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with IT-AI to design and implement automation solutions, including HR-AI tools and digital assets
Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements to streamline HR processes.
Develop and maintain documentation such as business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring system changes meet business needs.
Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
Maintain system configuration and data integrity across HR platforms.
Manage system security roles and access controls in compliance with data governance policies.
Job Requirements
Education & CertificationBachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in HRIS support and implementation, with good knowledge in Workday
Proven experience with Workday modules such as HCM , Learning and Onboarding
Other PrerequisitesStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Able to understand business requirements, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
