Summary Design and implement Scoot\xe2\x80\x99s rewards strategies and international mobility practices. Develop innovative rewards and recognition strategies to help attract, engage and retain our diverse group of pilots, cabin crew and office staff.



Reporting to HR Manager, you play an important role to design and implement Scoot\xe2\x80\x99s rewards strategies and international mobility practices. You will be responsible to develop innovative rewards and recognition strategies to help attract, engage and retain our diverse group of pilots, cabin crew and office staff. To support Scoot\xe2\x80\x99s growth, the ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills to design suitable rewards programs for Scoot and have strong project management skills to effectively drive these initiatives from idea conception to implementation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Using a data-driven approach, design and implement innovative rewards and recognition strategies that support Scoot\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives and the needs of different employee groups
  • Ensure total rewards value proposition and solutions are clearly and consistently communicated in a way meaningful to managers and employees and effectively applied
  • Provide salary recommendations for new hires, considering internal equity & market competitiveness
  • Support the annual performance calibration and compensation planning cycles
  • Manage employee benefit programmes and relationship with insurance broker
  • Manage mobility policies and provide support to secondees based out of Singapore
  • Ensure timely submission of data for C&B market benchmarking surveys
Requirements
  • Degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate data into key insights to guide decision-making process
  • Strong project management skills to drive new initiatives from idea conception to implementation
  • Integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive self-starter, keen learner, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Great interpersonal skills with ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees
