Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible to provide direct and active support to Senior/Manager of HR to ensure smooth site operations, in line with global and local market laws and guidelines for Singapore. In addition, you will provide strong HR business partnership to the stakeholders of the assigned departments to create a high-performance company culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead or assist with HR tools, systems, policies, and process changes that are in compliance with regulatory and employment standards and aligned to business needs
  • Create or prepare dashboards, reports, analysis for budgeting, labour cost analysis, people movement and attrition etc. Identify key risk factors from the analysis and provide resolution
  • Manage the salaries & benefits budget preparation, tracking and analysis
  • Perform off-cycle salary review and propose salary packages for new hires
  • Responsible for off-boarding process for hourly and salaried employees and provide feedback to Senior/Manager of HR and departmental management regarding trends revealed in exit interviews
  • Support company performance review and calibration, include people development plan
  • Review, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes
  • Lead and/or participate in global/AP HR related projects and initiatives
  • Any other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a multinational corporation environment and/or manufacturing industries
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device and/or healthcare related industries will be highly advantageous
  • Familiar with SAP will be advantageous

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to cultivate relationships across teams
  • High integrity for confidentiality of personnel information
  • Able to work independently and to contribute as a team
  • Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this
  • Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
  • Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
  • Able to comply with the company’s quality policy at all times.
