Make an Impact by

• Manage and improve the computer hardware lifecycle management process, from purchasing/receiving/deployment to disposal.
• Conduct periodic hardware and software inventory check.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendor on imaging and deployment service.
• Manage outsourced vendor Asset Management Team.
• Analyze assets and create purchasing forecast (Inventory Management, Budgeting, Forecasting & Procurement.)
• Manage & Assist in Regional PC Tender Evaluation biennially with Finance & Procurement.
• Create and maintain PC procurement policy and procedure.
• Maintain corporate computing policy and operational documentation.
• Explore continuous process improvement and automation.
• Develop Central PC reports and dashboard.
• Leading the PC Tech refresh initiative.
• Review and enhance existing asset management lifecycle policy (via automation).
• Manage vendor (Central PC) team in daily Operations.
• Oversee new hire onboarding / deployment of end-point device (Weekly).

Skills for Success

• At least 5 years of working experience in PC asset management
• Experience in ServiceNow.
• Sound experience in Software Asset Management
• Experience in Project Management for small scale of IT Software or Hardware implementation
• Knowledge in Fundamental Project Management
• Knowledge on reporting dashboard (excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Technical background and understanding of PC hardware and specs
