This role encompasses (a) fostering deep engagement with clients and corporate learners throughout their learning journey, and (b) orchestrating unparalleled learning experiences by managing programs and nurturing client relationships \xe2\x80\x93 all within the framework of Catapult\'s renowned learning ecosystem.We are looking for an individual who has passion and experience for Learning & Development, particularly in creating refreshing and impactful learning experiences for Learners.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their learning needs, goals, and challenges. Leveraging insights and knowledge of client\xe2\x80\x99s needs to propose tailored learning solutions
  • Oversee delivery of programs and learning journeys, in partnership with the learning designer and content partners who are responsible for content delivery, in in-person or virtual settings, synchronously or asynchronously, to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations
  • Manage broader planning and ensure seamless coordination to achieve high-impact outcomes for the program
  • Accountable for compliance with all relevant procedures and quality assurance relating to program execution
  • Support the SkillsFuture funding claim process, including application preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Manage the interaction between Catapult and Knowledge Partners (IHLs, corporate training firms, and boutique training firms) and other relevant stakeholders to identify multi-party collaboration opportunities and ensure that learning experiences are inspirational, innovative, impactful
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, account management, or program management roles
  • Strong organization and client/account management skills, specifically in written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships
  • Familiarity with the government training grant and funding process is a plus
  • Understanding of complex business issues and negotiations
  • Ability to persuasively articulate value propositions to business and HR leaders
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work well under pressure, with a high degree of dependability, adaptability, and flexibility
  • Agile team player with the ability to work independently in a start-up-like environment, solution-orientated (enjoys creative problem solving) with passion and curiosity for learning, good initiative and a sense of humour!
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required; research, work experience, certification or graduate school qualifications in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Dynamics, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or similar fields a plus
  • At least 2-4 years of experience developing and/or administrating training material with executive training and/or innovation skills-building programs
  • Preferred experience with managing across multiple geographic locations in a virtual context
  • Knowledge of learning community and training suppliers in the leadership, innovation, and energy for peak performance areas a plus
  • Experience working in corporate environments; exposure to startup environments a plus
