Responsible for processing payroll in accordance with company policy and related activities. This includes monitoring and updating of master data in the payroll system related to time files, additional payments & deductions, processing garnishments, performing audits and analytics, issuing of final pay, responding to inquiries, and maintaining employee records. Also responsible in managing the timekeeping system, the time clocks and participates in implementation and upgrade efforts of the system and the clocks. Compiles the summary reports to provide relevant information to senior managers (e.g. corrected time entries, missing time sheets approvals, PTO liabilities, overtime utilization, etc.).
