Establish end-to-end recruitment process for non-exempt hiring, including foreign workers.
Proactively participate in recruitment and branding activities
Manage all recruitment drives for branding & recruitment activities and promote the Infineon brand to potential talents
Keep close contact with stakeholders and prepare recruitment and manpower related report
Optimise recruitment channels including mass media and other means to ensure Infineon remains visible in the talent market
Manage the delivery and performance of the recruitment agencies.
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university degree in Human Resources/ Business Admin or similar
At least 1 year of professional experience in recruiting coordination
General knowledge in HR.
First knowledge of the systems, processes and local laws, e.g., ATS or social business networks.
Driving decarbonization and digitalization. Together.
