Job description
In your new role you will:

• Be a subject matter of expert for topic related to IBIS equipment performance, for including Intelligent Burn-In (IBIS) Oven and Burn-in-Board (BIB) )
• Provide technical guidances to a team of engineers and managing a team of technicians to drive and improve Intelligent Burn in System (IBIS) equipment performance and uptime to achieve target Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)
• Initiate and project implementation for quality and productivity, such as equipment/process stability (eg. Burn in Board (BIB ) /Feed Through Card (Interface Card) Contact & Oven Temperature stability, False Fail Yield improvement, Cost Savings .etc
• Define and improve Intelligent Burn in System (IBIS) oven/hardware/autoloader performance, maintenance cost, resources management and control

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic related discipline
• Min 10 yrs working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
• Extensive knowledge of burn-in/final test processes and industrial burn-in oven/burn in board
• Knowledge in autoloader maintenance procedure is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of the techniques and methods of analysis & improving equipment performance
• Expertise in change management, strong data analytics skills & problem-solving skills
• Strong project experience with area of focus in productivity and quality
• Excellent team player with sound presentation skills
