Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute all assigned tasks with precision and adherence to project timelines. Prepare clean, efficient, and optimized gate-level netlists to ensure high-quality digital design implementation. Develop and validate design constraints (SDC) to guide synthesis and physical implementation effectively. Support Design-for-Test (DFT) requirements, ensuring robust testability and high fault coverage. Conduct formal equivalence checking to verify functional consistency between RTL and gate-level designs. Define and validate power intent using Unified Power Format (UPF), ensuring accurate power-aware design implementation. Provide critical inputs to assist in floor planning activities, optimizing area, power, and performance trade-offs. Contribute to the definition and validation of the Clock Tree architecture, supporting timing closure and power integrity. Perform Static Timing Analysis (STA) at both pre-layout and post-layout stages to ensure timing compliance across all design corners. Implement and validate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to incorporate late-stage design modifications. Drive and contribute to the continuous improvement of middle-end implementation flows and methodologies for enhanced productivity and design quality.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Over 12 years of hands-on experience in digital IC verification, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Proficient in utilizing industry-standard EDA tools, including those from Synopsys and Cadence, for verification and design analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both front-end and back-end design teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving complex design and verification issues.
