Test Lead - Temenos T24 (Private Banking Domain)

We are seeking a seasoned Test Lead to manage core banking projects within the Private Banking domain, with a focus on Temenos T24. The ideal candidate will own the complete testing strategy, planning, execution, and delivery--including automation and non-functional testing (NFR).

Key Responsibilities:

Functional / Technical:

Lead and mentor teams handling functional testing, regression, automation, and NFR for Temenos T24-based projects Define and execute comprehensive test plans including design, data management, environment setup, automation, and defect management Analyze business and system requirements to determine test scope and approach Collaborate cross-functionally with BAs, developers, and stakeholders to maintain quality and timely delivery Drive defect management across teams and ensure effective status reporting Escalate risks and issues proactively, suggesting optimized solutions Enhance upstream software quality by contributing to requirement and development processes

Skill Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

11+ years in a testing lead role for T24 projects, ideally within Private Banking Deep functional understanding of: + Securities

Strong command of relevant T24 modules Experience with integration testing, COB testing, client outputs Solid understanding of SWIFT message formats and regulatory reporting In-depth financial accounting knowledge across asset classes Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium and Agile planning tools like JIRA and Confluence Java programming exposure and DevOps knowledge a plus
