Test Lead - Temenos Core Banking (T24)

General Description

We are seeking a seasoned

Test Lead

to oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle for

Temenos T24 core banking projects

, with a strong focus on the

Private Banking domain

. The role involves defining test strategies, leading automation and non-functional testing (NFR), and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex implementations.

Must-Have Skills

Temenos Testing

expertise across functional, regression, integration, and COB testing Strong knowledge of

T24 modules

: Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Structured Products, Accounting, Pricing, Portfolio Management, Forex, Treasury, Lending Experience with

SWIFT message testing

and regulatory reporting Proficiency in

financial accounting

for diverse asset classes Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Hands-on experience with

automation tools

(e.g., Selenium) and

DevOps concepts

Working knowledge of

Java

JIRA

, and

Confluence

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor testing teams across functional, regression, automation, and NFR streams Define and execute test strategies, plans, and schedules for large-scale T24 projects Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure upstream quality Manage test data, environments, and defect lifecycle Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation coverage Provide regular status updates and proactively manage risks and issues
