We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer to join our team in the Semiconductor Back End Scan/Pack/AOI Unit Process Engineering department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements, reducing process variances and waste, and supporting production ramp-up. Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor's Degree

in

Electrical

,

Electronics

,

Mechanical Engineering

, or equivalent Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the

Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry

Strong

problem-solving

, good

communication

, and

leadership skills

Expertise in

FMEA

,

Lean Six Sigma

,

8D Methodology

, and

APC/SPC

Proficiency in

data analysis

and

data visualization tools

such as

Minitab

,

JMP

,

Tableau

, or

Power BI

Experience in

IATF16949

quality management system standard

and

change management is an added advantage

Profound understanding of

semiconductor packing materials

and experience in

AOI machines

such as

KLA Tencor is an added advantage
