IT Engineering team is looking for a Sr. Staff Manager, Software Application to lead the development team to design engineering applications that support the chip design development lifecycle such as IT Engineering team is looking for a Sr. Staff Manager, Software Application to lead the development team to design engineering applications that support the chip design development lifecycle such as IP, and design checkpoints management. You will be supervising software developers, analyzing software performance and configuration systems, and managing the deployment and integration of new software for our engineering teams. Responsibilities: Provide oversight and leadership to a team of developers and software engineers to ensure timely execution of team and project deliverables. You will be consulting with management and software developers to determine software solution requirements. You will be evaluating software solutions and system performance, as well as supervising the software development team. You will be managing the development, deployment, and integration of software solutions. Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs. Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services into production. Monitoring and measuring customer experience. You will be required to hire new software developers. Keeping abreast of new software technologies, as well as conforming to best practices in cybersecurity. Be a part of peer and code reviews. Core Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving and analytic skills. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and stay motivated and flexible. Qualification: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject with 7+ year of work experiences in relevant field. In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .Net Framework and .NetCore, .Net MVC. Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions. Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgresSQL). Master of Software Development Life Circle and Agile methodologies. Familiar with Git, CI/CD. Experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP. Experience with Web Services, Restful API. Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics. Preferred Experience: Experience with DevSecOps. Experience with AIOps, Machine Learning. Experience with Blockchain technology. Strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
