Position: Project Manager (Software Application Project)
The Client
My client is stealth startup that is slowly bubbling up to the surface and is looking to start delivering on a major project with a government entity in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Manage IT projects and perform project management activities. Capable of managing Agile, waterfall projects as well as software development projects, and how they may intersect. (executing a scrum master role.) Ensure timely and effective delivery of the solution into production. Use technical and functional know how and experience to provide guidance for project efficiencies during execution. Accountable for project timelines and communication. Manage all aspects of the project including schedule, people resources, budget, and scope. Document technical requirements, develop and oversee project plans and implement change control procedures
Requirements
Relevant experience as an IT Project Manager supporting the development of information systems preferably on government projects. Knowledge of software project management cycle methodologies and management Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements Experience in healthtech and/or AI projects will be an added advantage Strong experience in working with Project Management Tools. PM/Agile certification is a plus. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
