Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to provide a high standard of care through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the clients, including educating family members.
- Responsible to provide cost-effective care in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices.
- Performs other duties when assigned.
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- Min. 1-3 years prior working experience, preferably from acute ward setting
- Fully Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Other disciplines available as well
- Shift hours or Agency positions available as well
