Our client is looking for Senior Staff Nurse (West / Shift / Office Hours).
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for a group of patients through care management, assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of nursing care to meet patients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, educating patients and families
- Ensure and maintain standards of professional nursing practice
- Working together with healthcare team to provide comprehensive and integrated care for patients
- Orientate and guide junior nurses under my team to provide optimal care to meet patients\xe2\x80\x99 desirable outcome and experience
- Min Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
