Duties and Responsibilities
Perform internal audits on global processes.
Follow up on audit findings closure.
Prepare the internal team for external ISO audit.
ISO certification maintenance - audit scope definition, new sites certification, scope extension audit, overall certification cycle monitoring.
Ensure ISO certificates in Maxeon website are updated.
Coordinate management review meeting, propose agenda, retain MoM.
Coordinate external audits (DNV & customers)
Track and close external audit findings.
Establish, review and update training modules for IMS & quality introduction to new hires
Provide training on IMS
Maintain key documents (global IMS Manual, documents control procedure, internal audit, 8D, MRB procedures)
Sites governance - review and consolidate sites data (, audit findings and 8D globalization.
Ad-hoc: ESG report write-up for Quality and Reliability, traceability audit, new site system setup
Lead DCON team in defining enhancements for current system.
Part of Troubleshoot DMS operations and systemic issues.
Define migration requirements for one DMS project.
Drive sunset review compliance.
Complies at all times the Environment, Health, and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
Performs other duties may be assigned
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering preferred
5 to 10 years experience in a similar Quality systems role - QMS/ISO experience
Extensive experience in a quality assurance environment required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred requirements:
Experience in semiconductor
Certification in Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14009 or ISO 45001 is an added advantage
High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work efficiently in a team environment
