About MDG:
Microcontrollers & Digital ICs Group (MDG) contributes to many of ST\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals for Industrial, Personal Electronics and Communications Equipment. MDG represents about one third of ST\xe2\x80\x99s business. MDG is the world\'s leading manufacturer of microcontrollers and a leader in embedded SIM cards and EEPROM. It\xe2\x80\x99s focuses on the market for contactless NFC products and RF mixed signal technologies.
MDG represents around 3000 employees (mainly R&D teams in France) located in 40 countries, with a revenue of above 3 billion dollars in 2020. It is addressing 2 major activities: the General-Purpose Microcontroller subgroup, the Connected Security sub-group, which covers products based on non-volatile memory technology and accounts for about 80% of MDG\'s revenue. Then, the Radio Frequency and Communication sub-group, which focuses on RF, Digital & Mixed Signals activities, representing about 20% of MDG activities.

The role works within the digital team in Singapore that includes all disciplines required for digital design and verification.

Job scope:

• Work on IP verification or SOC verification.
• Verification planning, this includes Verification plan writing, functional points identification and review.
• Multi languages testbench development.
• Implementation using different verification techniques (constraint random dynamics simulation and static formal verification).
• Verification closure by ensuring 100% coverage and functionality fully covered.

. Setup & debug Gate level simulations.

• Schedule preparation and execution adhere to plan.
• Good reporting to the management.

Profile

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelors in Electronics\' Engineering (a relevant experience with 6-10 years in a semiconductor or high technology R&D environment would be appreciated)
• Experience in Digital IP verification and good understanding of microcontroller architecture.
• Experience in Hardware Design Language (such as VHDL or Verilog).
• Experience in Digital verification with various skill sets:

o (a) Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) & System Verilog (SV)
o (b) System Verilog Assertions (SVA)
o (c) C/C++ language
o (d) Formal Methodology (e.g. JasperGOLD)
o (e) Coverage analysis
o (f) Low-power verification
o (g) Scripting languages (e.g. TCL, SHELL, PERL, PYTHON)

• Knowledge of System Verification with Cadence\xc2\xae Perspec\xe2\x84\xa2 will be an added advantage.

• Able to work in a multi-cultural team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Able to keep up with fast moving new verification methodology
