Adecco is currently partnering with one of the clients in the luxury retail industry and we are currently seeking for a Senior Stockroom Associate to join their business permanently. This role requires the incumbent to be responsible for all incoming and outgoing movements within the store warehouse, handle inventory management including stock replenishment and allocation of stocks to stores, and to support in warehouse administration matters.

Job scope:

Stock Management:
  • Managing all movements in and out of the store warehouse, including deliveries, transfers, returns, destocking, and display changes
  • Monitoring and addressing negative stock situations daily
  • Assisting in managing defective or shopsoiled products
  • Support stock takes and cycle counts, as well as investigating discrepancies
  • Assisting the stock supervisor in implementing corrective actions to improve future stock takes and reduce shrinkage
  • Keeping track of inventory status and reporting on product availability, especially for out-of-stock or high inventory items
  • Assisting with replenishment processes
  • Monitoring overall stock levels and assisting in purchase preparations by tracking shortages and overstocks on highly requested products.
Administrative Support:
  • Supporting the sales and service support team with shared key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RDI, CC, product transfers, and transfer requests.
  • Responsible for general inventory control and coordinating warehouse management, including Cegid movements, scanning, and investigations for stock discrepancies.
  • Assisting with price tag changes to ensure accuracy.
  • Preparing stock reports for management review.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in stock management in retail industry
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English
  • Ability to carry heavy cartons whenever necessary
  • Working rotating shifts and during weekends/public holidays is a must
