Job Description
Position SummaryThe candidate will collaborate between stakeholders (end-users, vendors etc) to optimize our system and processes to drive innovation and business objectives.Role and Responsibilities
- Create and plan efficient timeline to deliver projects / process / systems.
- Work with the stakeholders of the systems to understand operational requirements and provide solutions
- Conduct thorough system testing and debugging to ensure systems work in accordance with requirements
- Conduct routine and non-routine end-to-end process analysis to look for opportunities for improvements
- Provide trainings to all End-Users (including Call Centre/Service Centre) for new system/process implementation.
- Work with Service Network PICs to achieve operational efficiency
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in problem resolution.
- Minimum 5 year working experience in Data Analysis/System Support
- Experience in Consumer Electronics/Customer Service industry is preferred but not compulsory
- Communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
