We are looking for a digital-first strategist who is adept in understanding how brands win customer\'s loyalty through connected experiences. You\'ll combine smart lateral thinking with the drive for effective results. Versatility is the key characteristic we look for in a Senior Strategist.

An ability to connect thinking across touchpoints brand, data, creative, content and media. You\'ll join the strategy team, which delivers end-to-end solutions to help clients orchestrate their role, offering, audience, experience, platforms and products. The successful candidate will therefore possess strong knowledge of customer experience, content, and data-driven & analytics solutions.

The Senior Strategist is an inventive individual that naturally owns the strategic agenda. Someone that brings creativity and authority to the role and a collaborative style that fits Digitas\' internal culture and external relationship with clients. Our culture is collegiate and thrives on diversity; Strategists work with client leads, creatives, data scientists, experience designers and solution consultants within Digitas as well as forming Power Of One solution teams across Publicis Groupe. At the inter-section of technology, data and creativity we believe we can offer more meaningful connected experiences between brands and people.

You will be responsible for owning the digital content strategy for owned channels and platforms, with direct ownership on campaign integration, data-driven solutions and the digital platform experience. As part of your role, you need to be able to connect media, creative and digital strategies. You will work closely with the client lead to nurture client relationship as a trusted partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for connected strategy on digital channels
  • Customer journey mapping and engagement plans, integrating big-ideas to experience solutions
  • Promote data-driven strategy, integrating customer marketing analytics to the strategy
  • Develop a measurement strategy and ensure business impact for digital channels
  • Define, review and optimize the always-on strategy on client\'s owned channels: Digital Platform (web) experience & personalization
  • Play a key team role in pitch and business development requirements
  • Maintain relationships and support strategy leaders in Digitas and Publicis Groupe
  • Develop the right expectations, manage stakeholders and own quality delivery
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of strategy experience in relevant digital and creative agencies - consulting and client-side experience will also be a consideration
  • Knowledge and implementation of end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, strategy, vision, design and implementation.
  • Demonstrable experience in a variety of strategic engagements with regional or global client brands in multi-cultural, multi-agency and network teams
  • Comfortable with insight generation, preparing briefs and briefing stimulus and able to coordinate the creative process with appropriate support from seniors
  • An analytical mind with deep market knowledge, able to make recommendations using various research sources, tools and analytics techniques to uncover insight
  • Strong track record transforming complex customer information from research and data insights into compelling mapped journeys.
  • Exposure to a variety of industry verticals with depth and breadth of expertise drawn from at least two of these categories: Travel & Hospitality, Food & Beverage, FS, Consumer Electronics, Pharma.
  • Ability to work independently and work in a collaborative way with members of multi-functional teams (client leads/UX/data/creative/media).
  • Relevant knowledge on leading marketing technologies (Martech) and digital experience platforms (DXP) popular in APAC
