Responsibilities:

• Acquire a holistic view of all business system processes, to be able to provide analysis that identifies business impact
• Ensure End-to-End supply chain processes are supporting customer and business needs
• Drive Capacity Planning across supply chain for short and long term by utilizing Advance Planning systems and algorithms
• Prepare analysis for operational level meetings and executive/strategic level
• Translate analytics to action, and strategy
• Analyze Advance Planning System results
• Make recommendations on planning system improvements and new implementations
• Create operational metrics and analyze / drive improvements.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science or related field is required
• 5-7 or more years of experience in a Semiconductor environment
• Experience or understanding of Supply Chain Management domain with thorough understanding of master production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory planning, and forecasting principles.
• Experience in working with Advanced Planning Systems (i.e., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder / JDA, Anaplan, Adexa, o9)
• Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence Software (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
• Experienced with capacity planning processes, tools, and planning across multiple sites and tools
• Capable of presenting constraints, actions in a concise way to executive management and determine paths to resolution
• Experience with creating and driving metrics for operational measurement
• Ability to work independently on tasks and interact well in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as assigned
• Adaptable and enthusiastic to learn on information quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
