As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient supply of materials to meet both customer demand and production requirements. This includes supplier management, inventory management, placing orders promptly, coordinating on-time deliveries, and maintaining the expected quality standards.

What you will do

Negotiate with vendors to secure timely deliveries and resolve escalated supply issues, including disputes over expedited or delayed shipments Communicate material constraints, supplier delivery changes, and operational bottlenecks to relevant Planners to ensure alignment and proactive planning Conduct regular demand reviews with suppliers to anticipate potential supply issues and identify opportunities to enhance supply chain agility Support cost-saving and Inventory Reduction Initiatives, developing action plans to resolve and/or reduce supply risk.

What you bring

Experience

6-8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on material planning, sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management Deep expertise in sourcing and supplier management for mechanical and electronic components, including the use of advanced planning and collaboration tools.
Personal competencies

Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with our Chinese-speaking suppliers would be an advantage Self-driven individual who addresses supply gaps actively with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
