The Syndicated Loans and Mobilization Department (\xe2\x80\x9cCSL\xe2\x80\x9d) is responsible for raising external funds for IFC clients through the B Loan program, Parallel Loans, Credit Insurance Policies (\xe2\x80\x9cCIP\xe2\x80\x9d), the Managed Co-Lending Portfolio Program (\xe2\x80\x9cMCPP\xe2\x80\x9d), and Debt Securities Syndications (\xe2\x80\x9cDSS\xe2\x80\x9d). Our syndications partners are international and local commercial banks, Development Finance Institutions (\xe2\x80\x9cDFI\xe2\x80\x9d), funds and institutional investors. The Department is also responsible for the ongoing syndicated loan portfolio management engagements with third-party investors.
We are currently seeking a Senior Syndications Officer in the regional Syndications Asia Pacific team, based in Singapore. S/he will report to the Head Syndications Asia Pacific.
The Senior Syndications Officer will take primary responsibility for the syndications process on numerous projects including the more challenging projects in the region and will lead the syndication portfolio work on projects including complex restructurings.
