Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior System Analyst that specializes in SAP - Ariba to join our team and contribute to significant enterprise-level projects. In this role, you'll ensure seamless daily operations and serve as the key bridge between business users, vendors, and the SAP technical team to keep Ariba aligned with evolving business and compliance needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for SAP Ariba modules, including Spend Management, Sourcing, and Contract Management, ensuring system reliability and resolving incidents efficiently.
• Manage Change Requests (CRs) - gather requirements, coordinate with vendors and technical teams, and handle end-to-end CR delivery.
• Oversee AMS operations, including issue tracking, SLA monitoring, and ensuring timely ticket resolution.
• Perform system configuration and functional testing, ensuring proper validation and smooth deployment of enhancements or fixes.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to deliver effective, user-centric solutions.
• Conduct user training or knowledge transfer sessions, and recommend process improvements to enhance overall system efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation, including functional specs, test cases, and compliance materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development, specializing in SAP Ariba modules .
• Familiarity with procurement and finance workflows integrated with Ariba.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, testing, and UAT coordination.
• Working experience in Agile environments will be an added advantage.
