Responsibilities

• Support, review and implement new policies by analysing requirements, include determining feasibility, cost, time and resources required, compatibility with current systems, potential problem areas and recommending solutions.
• Work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders in the development/ support of new system in the public healthcare landscape as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Responsible for the creation of system workflow/ set-up documentation for the various patient settings and to ensure that they are kept up to date with policies.
• Partner with stakeholders from various sites in ensuring completeness in documentation and testing for business needs.
• Design/ Create test scenarios with business stakeholders.
• Perform end-to-end testing from charging to billing and interface to various downstream system. Test execution and verification and follow-up on UAT defects.
• Quantify results of process change/ improvements and provide training on all new/ updated processes.

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines with more than 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Project management, change management and facilitation experience in matrixed environment.
• Familiar with public healthcare operations and subsidy & financing framework.
• Knowledge/expertise of Finance module in SAP FICO/ SAP IS-H
• Pro-active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently or as a team.
• Able to work in a dynamic face paced environment
