What the role is:Are you passionate about optimizing HR processes, streamlining workflows, and leveraging data to make informed decisions? We\'re looking for a dynamic HR System Analyst to be part of our innovative HR team.What you will be working on:The job holder will be part of a dynamic team that drives initiatives, leveraging HR technologies to drive higher HR efficiency. The job holder will work with stakeholders to improve the existing HR systems as well as spearheading innovative HR capability development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Analyse, design, and implement HR software solutions. 2. Optimize HR systems for efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of HR technology initiatives. 4. Provide expert support to ensure the seamless operation of HR systems. MAJOR CHALLENGES 5. Assessing business needs that may not be suitable to be implemented in the current HR IT system. 6. Balancing the implementation of business needs within a single HR IT system. 7. Ensuring data quality in the HR-related system.What we are looking for:a. At least 3 or more years in experience in implementation and maintenance of HR Information Systems. SAP HCM (ECC or HANA) is preferred. b. Sound understanding of HR policy practices, and ability to incorporate and translate it into the HR system. c. Good knowledge of best practices of HR tech and processes d. Familiarity with process mapping and problem-solving techniques e.
