Office Location: 615 Toa Payoh Lorong 4, #07-00 StorHub, Singapore 319516 Responsibilities Participates in global implementation of new Leasing system. Works with other teams to integrate Leasing system with ERP Finance, CRM, POS, carpark, customer loyalty and budgeting/planning system. Coordinates with country/business unit teams to prepare, cleanse and transform data for migration into new system. Assist with extensive testing of new system as part of global ERP rollout programme. Prepares training contents and conduct end-users training sessions. Works with project team and Application Maintenance team to resolve Leasing users' system issues. Requirements Candidate must possess a degree in Information System. Additional qualifications in Business or in Real Estate are added advantage. Candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant Leasing system implementation/support experience with Anacle Simplicity, Yardi Voyager or SAP REFX. Industry exposure should include leasing of all real estate asset classes (e.g. industrial, office, malls, logistics etc), tenant billing, AR receipt, property tax, security deposit and CRM. Experience doing system interfaces with POS, carpark, Azure data analytics, loyalty and tenant portal system are highly desired.
