• Identifies prospects and establishes a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer’s needs.
• Participates in business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
• Identifies bid opportunities, prepares bid responses, and negotiates with potential customers.
• Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
• Supports the management team representative on prospective target accounts or territories.
• Develops personal long-term customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
• Attends trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization and potentially influence prospects.
• Frontline, deal with subcontractors, commercial line SG – commercial building & hospitality and new development buildings in A&A, chiller, AHU, FCU (big units).
• Liaises with contractors of all levels to secure projects through commercial negotiation, provide technical supports in technical clarifications and submissions.
• Maintain and foster a strong customer relationship with all levels.

Job Requirements:

• Has 3-4 years of related working experience in sales
• Has Bachelor degree / Diploma in any engineering – preferably Mechanical Engineering
• Experience and familiar with B2B project.
• Ability to communicate effectively in working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Possess a “hunter” role to pro-actively reach out to market for sales growth.
• Ability to oversee independently all the projects, handle walk in customer for both commercial and marine sales + export sales.
