Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Implement infrastructure and support data security monitoring.

\xc2\xb7 Perform database security monitoring and auditing.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor security alerts and work with client to ensure the policies are implemented effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Manage database monitoring report.

\xc2\xb7 Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and resolve DAM system vulnerabilities.

\xc2\xb7 Advise clients on database monitoring concepts and functional capabilities.

\xc2\xb7 Provide technical advice to the team and clients for installation, setup, configuration of databases monitoring.

\xc2\xb7 Interpret internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Implement plans to make database monitoring available to users in a shared, secure and controlled manner.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in research initiatives for the development of advances and automated approaches for database monitoring.

\xc2\xb7 Optimise the delivery of database monitoring with emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, and security.

\xc2\xb7 Develop automated processes to define, measure, and report on service quality, stability and capacity.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee the assessment of risks to databases monitoring

\xc2\xb7 Resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable about how Database Activity Monitoring fits into the security and understand the data security concepts.

• Strong technical knowledge on Database (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Oracle, SAP HANA, MongoDB).

• Strong communications skills with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong vendor, service level and project management skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows/UNIX/Linux server platform.

Advantageous if have the following technical certifications

Database certification, CISSP or other security certification

Salary Range

$8,000 - $8,500
