Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide day to day support, configuration, administration, maintenance, incident resolution for Front-of-House systems, not limited to point-of-sales, self-service kiosks, entry/exit access control, reporting and in-house developed applications.

Work with key business stakeholders for desired business outcome thru but not limited to gathering requirements and change requests, design solution, plan and manage solution delivery, project & vendor management, conduct user acceptance testing, documentation and training.

Understand and upkeep the relevance of systems, processes and documentations.

Duties may require occasional stand-by and/or provide support after office hours, weekends or public holidays.

Any other IT related tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related fields

3 - 5 years of proven relevant working experience.

Excellent analytical and organisational skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience and proficiency in any of the following applications would be strongly preferred - Gateway Galaxy Ticketing System, Retail/F&B POS, database SQL query, stored procedures and/or PowerBI would be strongly preferred.
