Serial MultiVision (SMV) Pte. Ltd. is a turn-key solution provider arm of Serial System Limited, a publicly listed company in Singapore.

With presence and strong track records across the region, SMV\'s solution suites include the Digital Signage, Interactive IPTV, Smart Room Control & Automation and various other Visitor Management Services.

Along with our continuing growth and expansion in the region, we are looking for talented, dynamic and passionate Senior Systems Engineer to join our Singapore team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all critical systems including Biztalk/CRM /WMS/Backup Software
• Participate and provide necessary systems documentation, hardening, security tests, and health checks exercise
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve reported IT issues for daily operations
• Design, install, manage and monitor the network infrastructure in Singapore and Regional Offices.
• Manage and coordinate with the vendor on project implementation, enhancement, roll-outs, and post-go-live support
• Administration of computer systems and networks including CCTV, PABX, and door Access security
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
• Remote support functions to Regional Offices
• Data Centers Management
• Conduct user training
• Establish a governance structure to develop a Cyber Security Program.
• To keep up to date with security trends, threats and control measures.
• Align company IT Security Policy
• Provide 24/7 standby support
• Guide junior members of the team

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
• Candidate with CCNA, CCNP and/or MCSE certification is preferred
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Minimum 4 years of related working experiences
• Experience with Linux OS is a bonus.
• Highly motivated, a fast learner with a strong sense of commitment, good working attitude, and initiative.
• A good team player and also able to work independently

Serial Multivision has also extended the software for use by third-party healthcare caterers such as SFS (Singapore Food Services) to consolidate and manage orders seamlessly from a hospital site to the caterers\' remote kitchen.
